I'm looking for a new blender, and am hoping to get some reccomendations form you fine folk. I need something which isn't too expensive, but which can still hold up to running things like nuts through them as I eat a partially raw diet and do so on a regular basis. Suggestions? What can I do with roasted bell peppers? [08 Sep 2008|01:32am] cooking_lj http://community.livejournal.com/cooking/6784231.html I scored big at the farmer's market last week and got 10 bell peppers (all colors - red, orange, green, even a purple one) for $3. I'm roasting them in the oven right now. So...what should I do with them after roasting them? Any ideas?  I'll definitely use some with pasta or on sandwiches, but after that I'm lost. post comment
